Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask.

What is the T-Series?

The T-Series is The Unordinary Depot's multi-chime air horn. It is printed in black PETG, finished by hand, assembled and tested. You choose how many chimes you want, from one to five.

How do I choose a version?

More chimes make a richer, deeper chord. The 5 chime is the full horn. The smaller versions leave ports empty and close them with blocking plates, so you can add bells later.

What are high and low mount?

On the 4 and 5 chime, two mounting wings turn to change the layout. High mount stands the bells tall. Low mount spreads them wide and sits closer to the base. The product page lists the size of each.

What do I need to run it?

A source of compressed air with a pressure switch, a tank with a relief valve, a valve and the lines to connect them. Read the Safety notice first.

How loud is it? What pressure can it take?

It is very loud, so wear hearing protection. I do not publish a decibel figure or a pressure rating, because I have not established one, and I would rather say so than guess.

How does ordering and paying work?

You place the order and get an order number and a private page. The page shows a PayPal button for the deposit. I start once it arrives. The balance is due before pickup or shipping.

How long will it take?

Each horn is printed one part at a time, so I do not promise dates up front. Your order page shows each stage as it happens, and you can message me any time.

Can I follow my order?

Yes. Use the private link you get at checkout, or the Track order page with your order number and email.

Do you ship?

Pickup is in Lake Worth, Florida. Shipping within the United States can be arranged and is quoted separately before you pay for it.

What if a part wears out or breaks?

Replacement bells, gaskets, diaphragms, seals, rear caps, manifolds and wings are sold in the shop. The warranty is in the Terms of Sale.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. A smaller version can grow into a bigger one by swapping blocking plates for bells and adding wings. See the Replacement parts section.

Who makes these?

The Unordinary Depot is a one-person workshop in Lake Worth, Florida. The T-Series is based on an open source design, and I am grateful to its author.
