What I collect

  • When you order: your name, email, phone number if you give one, what you ordered and anything you write in the notes.
  • When you contact me: your name, email, the message, and your order number if you give one.
  • A short code made from your internet address, used only to limit repeated requests and stop abuse. The address itself is not stored.
  • Your cart is kept in your own browser. It is not sent to me until you place an order.

What I use it for

  • To make your order, show you its progress, take payment, and talk to you about it.
  • To keep records I need for tax, warranty and legal reasons.
  • To keep the site safe from spam and abuse.

Who sees it

  • Payments are handled by PayPal. PayPal gets what you give it. I see the payment details PayPal tells me about, such as the amount and the payer's name and email.
  • The site is hosted on a cloud platform, which stores the data for me.
  • The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you visit a page.
  • I do not sell your information, and I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • I may share information when the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep order records for as long as I need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. Contact messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete what I hold about you by emailing sales@unordinarydepot.com. I will do it unless I need to keep something for tax or legal reasons.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
