Shipping and Returns

Pickup

Local pickup is in Lake Worth, Florida. I message you when your order is ready and we agree a time. Please bring ID and your order number.

Shipping

I can ship within the United States. Shipping is quoted separately, by email, once your order is ready, based on the size, weight and where it is going. You approve the cost before you pay it.

Horns are packed to travel. I recommend insured shipping, and I include it in the quote unless you choose otherwise.

I do not ship outside the United States at the moment.

Timing

Everything is made to order and printed one part at a time, so I do not promise dates. Your order page shows each stage as it happens.

Returns

Because every order is made for you, I cannot take back an order because you changed your mind once printing has started. Before printing starts you can cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell me within 3 days and send photos. I will repair or replace it, or refund it. If it was damaged in transit I will help you with the carrier claim.

Defects found later are covered by the warranty in the Terms of Sale.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the PayPal account that paid, usually within a few business days. To ask for one, use the Contact page or email sales@unordinarydepot.com with your order number.
